Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Muum AI ("Muum AI", "we", "us") provides AI-powered advertising and marketing tools that help you create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns. Features may include ad copy and creative generation, campaign management, and integrations with third-party advertising platforms such as the Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Marketing API.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Muum AI governing your access to and use of the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by team members you invite.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and the policies of any connected advertising platform, including the Meta Advertising Standards and Meta Platform Terms. You are solely responsible for the campaigns, targeting, budgets, and creative you create or publish through the service.

• Do not use the service to create deceptive, fraudulent, or prohibited advertising.
• Do not upload or process data you do not have the right to use.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not resell or misrepresent the service without our written permission.

4. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect a third-party platform such as Meta, your use of that platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies. We access third-party data only with your authorization and only to provide the features you request. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party platforms, and platform changes may affect functionality.

5. Fees and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise. Advertising spend you incur on connected platforms is billed by those platforms directly and is separate from Muum AI subscription fees. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Muum AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service. Subject to these Terms, you own the ad creative and copy generated for your campaigns.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any advertising results, performance, or ROI will be achieved.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muum AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or advertising spend, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Muum AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Muum AI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your campaigns, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law or platform policies.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located there.
